How to choose: ProFlex for everyday value; Phoenix II for premium cutting and grinding; Black Edition for precision extra-thin cutting. Compare equivalent disc sizes and applications.
Flap disc ranges
For flap discs, the abrasive grain and grit are just as important as the range.
- TRADE — Aluminium oxide: everyday stock removal, blending and finishing on suitable metals.
- PROFLEX — Trade zirconium: a value zirconium option for metal work, including approved stainless-steel applications.
- PRO — Zirconium: for more demanding stock removal and repeated fabrication work.
- EXPERT — Ceramic: for intensive removal where performance and working life matter. Ask CRS for the required reference.
Diamond blade ranges
- TRADE: value for general construction cutting, within the blade’s stated material list.
- PRO: for frequent professional work; check the exact blade and material.
- PRO-X: select this range for its stated material capability and blade design.
- EXPERT: premium or specialist blades, with the application shown on each product.
- X-TECH: the tile and porcelain blade in our current selection. It is an application-specific name.

Before you order
- Material: match the disc or blade to the exact material.
- Job: cutting, grinding, stock removal, blending or finishing.
- Machine: confirm diameter, bore, shape and maximum RPM.
- Pack: check the number of discs supplied and the selected option.
Use cutting discs for cutting only. Follow the machine and abrasive instructions and use the required protective equipment.
