Customers outside our available delivery area may contact us before ordering, but we cannot guarantee that delivery will be available.

Local delivery or collection may be offered where available. Any eligibility conditions and charges will be shown at checkout.
HEAVY, OVERSIZED AND PALLETISED PRODUCTS
Heavy or oversized orders may be delivered using a pallet or specialist carrier.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that:
• The delivery address is accessible to the delivery vehicle
• There is a suitable and safe unloading area
• Someone is available to accept the delivery
• Suitable unloading equipment is available where required
Unless confirmed otherwise in writing, pallet deliveries are generally made to the nearest safe kerbside location. The driver may not be able to move goods into buildings, workshops or storage areas.
DELIVERY TO REMOTE LOCATIONS
Some remote, island, offshore or restricted postcodes may not be covered by our standard delivery services or may require an additional charge.
If we cannot deliver an order using the service selected at checkout, we will contact the customer before dispatch. The customer may accept a revised delivery quotation or cancel the affected order for a full refund.
DISPATCH TIMES
We aim to dispatch in-stock products as quickly as reasonably possible, normally within one to two working days.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed from the next working day.
Special-order, customised, non-stock or supplier-delivered products may require additional processing time. Where a significant delay is known, we will contact the customer.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times shown on our website or at checkout are estimates and begin after an order has been dispatched.
A delivery service described as “next day” means the carrier service selected after dispatch. It does not guarantee that an order will be dispatched on the same day it is placed.
Although we make every reasonable effort to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier disruption, adverse weather, road conditions, product availability or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Delivery dates and times are not guaranteed unless we have specifically confirmed this in writing.
ORDER TRACKING
Where tracking information is provided by the carrier, it will normally be sent to the email address or telephone number supplied with the order.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery and contact details are complete and accurate before submitting an order.
FAILED DELIVERY
If a delivery cannot be completed because:
• Nobody is available to receive it
• Access is unsuitable or unsafe
• The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete
• Suitable unloading facilities are unavailable
• The customer refuses the delivery without a valid reason
The carrier may return the goods or charge for redelivery. We may pass reasonable return or redelivery costs to the customer where legally permitted.
DAMAGED OR MISSING DELIVERIES
Please inspect deliveries as soon as reasonably possible.
If packaging or goods appear damaged, please photograph the condition of the delivery, packaging and shipping label before unpacking or disposing of anything.
Missing, damaged, incomplete or incorrectly supplied items should be reported promptly using the details below.
Reporting delivery damage quickly helps us raise a claim with the carrier, but it does not affect a consumer’s statutory rights.
RISK AND OWNERSHIP
Responsibility for consumer goods passes to the customer when the goods are delivered into the customer’s physical possession or to a person identified by the customer to receive them.
Different arrangements may apply to business customers where agreed in writing.
