Delivery across Great Britain

CRS Supplies & Services Ltd currently accepts online orders for delivery to eligible addresses in Great Britain, comprising England, Scotland and Wales. Online delivery is not currently available to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or international destinations. The services and charges available for your order are shown at checkout and depend on the products ordered and the delivery address.

Stocked products

We prepare stocked products for dispatch as quickly as possible. The service selected at checkout is the carrier service, not a guaranteed dispatch date. If an urgent deadline applies, contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and timing.

Products available to order

Some specialist products are sourced to order. Lead times vary by product and supplier. The product page identifies these items as “Available to order”. Contact CRS before purchase if you need a confirmed delivery date. We will contact you if a supplier delay materially affects your order.

Heavy, long and palletised goods

Heavy, oversized or long items may require a specialist courier or pallet service. Please ensure the delivery address has suitable access and somebody is available to receive the goods. Additional charges may apply for redelivery, restricted access or address changes requested after dispatch.

Same-day and dedicated transport

Same-day, timed and dedicated transport is quotation-only and is not included in standard online delivery services. Contact us with the collection point, delivery point, item dimensions and required timing.
