Eligible economy and standard parcels up to 10kg qualify from £100 ex VAT (£120 inc VAT), after discounts. Heavy, liquid, oversized and specialist shipments are excluded. Mixed baskets may combine carriage charges.

When will my order leave?

CRS stock normally despatches in 1–2 working days. Stocked bearings: same-day despatch before 2:30pm on working days, subject to stock.

Fleetguard products with 24-hour guidance are subject to supplier stock. Check the individual product page.

Available-to-order items have supplier lead times. We confirm timing by product; call before ordering for a fixed deadline.

How do I order VSWD next working day delivery?

Order before 2pm UK time on a working day and select VSWD Next Working Day delivery at checkout. This service costs £5.50 ex VAT (£6.60 inc VAT), subject to stock, postcode and service availability. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays.

Does next-day delivery include sourcing time?

No. Despatch is when the goods leave CRS or a supplier. Carrier transit follows despatch. A delivery service does not shorten a product’s sourcing lead time.

Full delivery information

Free delivery applies to eligible parcels up to 10kg. Heavy, liquid and specialist goods are excluded. Final delivery charge is shown at checkout.

Delivery across Great Britain

CRS Supplies & Services Ltd currently accepts online orders for delivery to eligible addresses in Great Britain, comprising England, Scotland and Wales. Online delivery is not currently available to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or international destinations.

Clear delivery charges

Economy tracked delivery: £5.94 including VAT / £4.95 excluding VAT for eligible light parcels. Checkout uses a combined goods-weight limit of 1.8 kg to allow 200 g for packaging within a 2 kg parcel.

Standard UK delivery: £9.54 including VAT / £7.95 excluding VAT for eligible parcels up to 10 kg. Free delivery from £120 including VAT (£100 excluding VAT) on eligible economy or standard parcels up to 10 kg, based on the product subtotal after discounts. Available services and the final charge are shown at checkout before payment.

Heavy, oversized, long, high-value, liquid and palletised products may use dedicated delivery profiles and can carry a separate charge. Mixed baskets containing products from different profiles may combine delivery charges at checkout.

Spending over £100 does not make heavy, liquid, pallet or other specialist delivery free. These services retain their applicable charge. Check the delivery option and total for your postcode before paying.

Economy delivery eligibility

The economy option is shown only for eligible baskets in our general parcel range. Heavy, oversized, long, liquid and other specialist shipments may need a different service. Delivery timing begins after dispatch; products available to order remain subject to supplier stock. Tracking details are supplied after dispatch.

Separate parcels and tracking

Products may be despatched from CRS or directly by a supplier. An order can arrive in separate parcels. Check which items each dispatch update covers. If an item is still outstanding, contact us with your order number.

OptimOil despatch

Same-day despatch if ordered before 1:30pm on working days, subject to stock availability. This is a despatch cutoff; delivery transit time follows despatch. Oils, grease and aerosols can use specialist delivery services and are subject to the charges and exclusions above. Contact CRS before ordering if your deadline is critical.

Stocked products

Stocked bearings: same-day despatch for orders placed before 2:30pm on working days, subject to stock availability. Orders placed after the cutoff are processed on a following working day.

Other products held at CRS normally despatch within one to two working days unless the product page gives a different despatch time. Please check the guidance on the individual product page before ordering.

Despatch is when an order leaves CRS or our supplier. Delivery transit time starts after despatch; the carrier service selected at checkout does not change the product's despatch lead time. Contact CRS before ordering if a fixed date is essential.

Products available to order

Some specialist products are sourced to order. Lead times vary by product and supplier. The product page identifies these items as “Available to order”. Contact CRS before purchase if you need a confirmed delivery date. We will contact you if a supplier delay materially affects your order.

Heavy, long and palletised goods

Heavy Courier delivery for eligible orders from 10.001 kg to 20 kg is £18.90 including VAT / £15.75 excluding VAT. Eligible heavier orders may use Heavy Parcel UK at £50.40 including VAT / £42.00 excluding VAT or pallet delivery at £107.10 including VAT / £89.25 excluding VAT. Long components, grease, heavy liquids and priority or high-value goods may use different specialist rates shown at checkout.

Please ensure the delivery address has suitable access and somebody is available to receive the goods. Additional charges may apply for redelivery, restricted access or address changes requested after dispatch.

Large electric motors

Please contact CRS before ordering to confirm supplier availability, lead time, pallet delivery arrangements and the cost to your delivery postcode.

Same-day and dedicated transport

Same-day, timed and dedicated transport is quotation-only and is not included in standard online delivery services. Contact us with the collection point, delivery point, item dimensions and required timing.
