Trade ordering questions
Is there a minimum order?
Quantities follow the pack sizes shown on each product. Ask CRS to confirm any product-specific minimum when requesting a quotation.
Where do you deliver?
Online delivery is available to eligible addresses in England, Scotland and Wales. Product, weight and postcode restrictions apply. Specialist carriage is confirmed separately. Full delivery information
How do returns work?

Can I request a VAT invoice?
Provide your correct company and billing details. Contact CRS with your order number if you need a VAT invoice copy or need to check an invoicing requirement.
Can I order using a purchase order?
Include your purchase order number with your enquiry. Purchase order and account arrangements are confirmed for approved customers; sending a PO does not itself establish credit terms.
